Every inch of this house is upgraded, and you can see it from the moment you drive up. It is within .5miles(half mile) to Humboldt State University, and the town Square. Walking distance to all the dining,shopping, and farmers markets Arcata has to offer. Big backyard.Enjoy the waterfall shower with infinity drain after a long day. 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. No Animals/ pets due to owners medical conditions. Please do not smoke inside the house. This home sleep 6 comfortably. If you need to sleep 7 people you would need to bring a sleeping bag to have for the sofa which is comfortable. The sofa is a leather couch purchased in the summer of 2023.
