Completely renovated, pretty and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a pretty and quiet residence, located due south 100 m from the beach at La Croix des Marin, and 300 m from the city center. Apartment class 3 stars by the tourist office
For your comfort, it is equipped with a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, multifunction microwave, induction hob, fridge, Dulce gusto coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, a toilet suspended from a sink, with hairdryer and a washing machine. The living room has a rapido leather sofa with a 120 bed, a round table, and a wall-mounted TV. The bedroom with a wardrobe and shelves, and its bed with a bed of 140.
Outside, a large balcony with its table and chairs will welcome you for your breakfasts.
Possibility of providing household linen (sponge sheets)
The kit for two people at a price of 30 €.
For the safety of your vehicle, a private air and secure parking is at your disposal.

Belle découverte d'Arcachon et du bassin
Logement idéal pour 2 personnes. Petit mais fonctionnel et bien agencé. Lumineux. Balcon sud et store. Volets roulants. Dans petit immeuble impeccable. A deux pas du centre-ville mais néanmoins tranquille. Emplacement véhicule bien pratique. Vélos à disposition même si la météo pluvieuse n'a pas permis de beaucoup les utiliser.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires de l'appartement pour leur gentille attention à mon arrivée, ainsi que pour leur disponibilité et leur serviabilité. L'appartement est très bien situé, très joliment décoré, très bien agencé, et surtout d'une propreté rare. Le prêt de vélos est également très appréciable. Le quartier est calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Appartement idéalement situé, très bien équipé, avec parking sécurisé et 2 vélos à notre disposition. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, réactifs aux demandes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’attention de fin de séjour. Accueil très chaleureux avec l'offre de délicieux cannelés. Très belle région,des paysages à couper le souffle....accueil sympa ....
Apres le Pays Basque que nous adorons nous voulions découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon. C'est ce que nous avons pu faire agréablement hormis les conditions de circulation....août....nous avons aimé Arcachon! L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et des plages.Pour une baignade rapide à marée descendante la plage de la jetée de la Chapelle à proximité est très bien. Pas de soucis de stationnement la voiture peut rester sur la place attribuée ds l'enceinte de la residence. Un seul regret: ne pas avoir pu profiter des velos mis à notre disposition en raison de notre condition physique ....nous avons préféré la marche .......pas toujours simple d'ailleurs avec les pistes partagées cyclistes et pietons. Nous reviendrons à Arcachon pour decouvrir le bassin et sans hesiter ds cet appartement joliment aménagé.....hors saison de préférence ! Séjour agréable dans ce charmant appartement. Acceuil très sympatique, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. L'appartement est très bien situé avec une exposition plein sud, l'agencement de celui-ci est impeccable et d'une propreté parfaite. L'équipement est de bonne qualité. La vaisselle ne sort pas de l'armoire des grands-parents :) La place de stationnement dans la résidence est appréciable. Encore merci M. et Mme Vinolo pour votre acceuil.
