Beautiful detached holiday home with private pool for 8 people in an urbanisation of El Arahal near Seville.

On entering this beautiful, recently built house, you enter directly into the spacious living room and the open-plan kitchen. Here you will also find 2 double bedrooms and via a staircase you reach the attic with 4 more beds. In front of the house you will find a great terrace with a barbecue and views of the pool, perfect for cosy barbecue evenings with the whole family.

The house is located in the Valleverde urbanisation between the towns of El Arahal and Morón de la Frontera and can be reached via a 3 km long dirt road in good condition.
Valleverde is a quiet urbanisation consisting of detached houses. The location is ideal for a holiday away from the hustle and bustle, but with good connections to the centres of the surrounding towns.

El Arahal is a quiet town of Roman origin and an undoubtedly Arabic name. It is a great example of different architectural styles, such as the town hall, the front of the Hospital de la Misericordia and the baroque church of the same name.

Arnaque à éviter ne pas louer ce bien propriétaire non fiable
location annulé 24 heures avant le séjour car soit disant le le propriétaire ne faisait plus partir de novasol. je pense qu'il a mis son bien en location sur plusieurs platformes en même temps. Donc gestion castatrophique de Novasol et remboursement très compliqué chez NOVASOL. Conclusion évitez de louer ce bien (Arnaque).et evitez de passé par NOVASOL
