Hotel em pessimas condições de limpeza e higiene
O hotel é antigo e precisa de reformas, não existe nenhum tipo de higiene, o banheiro muito sujo e nojento, o vaso sanitário estava sujo de feses, quarto cheio de pó no chão e no armário, as cobertas todas sujas e com mal cheiro assim como os lençóis, as toalhas com manchas de mofo e rasgadas, não tinha sabonete para o banho. Hotel em péssima condições de limpeza até nas areas comuns como o corredor, elevadores em péssimas condições.

Hotel ruim com boa localização
O hotel é ruim, só tem boa localização. Todas as vezes que me hospedei sempre tive problemas com televisão que não funciona, tomada sem energia para carregar o celular, luz do banheiro que não acende, água do chuveiro que não esquenta e azulejo do banheiro com mofo. Já fiquei em vários quartos e TODOS tinham problemas. As empresas de turismo com foco na Coreia sempre ficam hospedas neste hotel, portanto falta de verba para consertar tudo que está estragado tem.

À noite para dormir é ruim pois a rua é muito barulhenta e a região é perigosa para transitar quando anoitece. Ficamos no terceiro andar e dava para ouvir muito o barulho da rua pois a vedação das janelas é de baixa qualidade e muito antiga, é preciso melhorar. Cama é ok, chuveiro também, Café da manhã é bom.

Local de fácil acesso, mas hotel com quarto não tão limpo como se espera, principalmente o banheiro. Acredito que as janelas não tenham abafador de som, então uma gota que caia na rua ouvia-se dentro do quarto. Em contrapartida, o café da manhã, simples, mas bem saboroso.

Razoável, boa localização pra quem vai fazer compras, ótimo custo benefício, o café da manhã é perfeito. A recepção é solicita. Só achei a rua barulhenta, pq tem um bar em frente que fica até tarde aberto.
