This luxury, ground level, one bedroom condo sits peacefully to the side of the main resort over looking the vegetation along the path to the Rio Del Mar Beach!

SLEEPING:
This is a unique one-bedroom condo that has a stylishly decorated and recently remodeled interior that can accommodate up to a family of 4 with a super comfortable KING BED in the bedroom and a QUEEN SOFA BED in the living room. There are also extra blankets for those who like more warmth.

BATHROOM:
In the bathroom, you'll find that there's a bidet for those travelers who like that extra luxury when on vacation. There's also other items such as a professional quality hair dryer, make-up cloths, magnified mirror, super soft towels, and a fresh set of shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Most importantly bright lights for getting ready in the morning.

CONTENTS:
You will find the condo to be very well appointed (more so than most). Your stay will include a supply of high quality tissue, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bar soap. We do not use cheap supplies as we would want to be comfortable if we were on vacation and have supplied it as we would hope would be done for us. There are other amenities, such as a portable speaker, computer, oscillating fan, vacuum, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, skimboards, boogie boards, pack & play, electric kettle, coffee pot with coffee, creamer, and sugar, tea, toaster, dish-ware, pots, pans, silverware, games, extra blankets, soft bath towels, high quality linens, XBox Series S and 65 inch Samsung Smart tv's to allow use of most all tv streaming services in both the bedroom and living area.

AT RESORT:
The pool and spa that is closest to this condo is perfect for relaxing and there are 2 more not far away. The Sanderlings Restaurant and Bar is just steps away from the condo, in the same building and is a great place to visit for lunch, dinner, or drinks with amazing food and spectacular views. There's a path that spans throughout the resort, but most conveniently, it makes for a short walk down to the perfect beach with clean and soft sand.

NEAR RESORT:
Across the street you'll find Seascape Village that has a great coffee shop and deli, pizza place, Mexican food restaurant, small quaint market, liquor store, fitness training center, and a few other unique shops. There's also a nearby golf course that accepts outside guests for a cost.

Enjoy contactless access when you arrive. Simply park in front of the resort or under in the parking garage and use the provided code to enter the condo. There's no need to check-in at the front desk of the resort because your reservation is directly with us and will not be in their system. Parking is free throughout the resort.

All cleaning is in compliance with a 5 step enhanced cleaning process. The condo will be freshly cleaned and stocked for check-in. Extra cleanings during your stay are available upon request for a fee.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ:

THE CONDO IS NOT STOCKED FOR LONG STAYS. Only an initial supply of items such as toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, coffee etc are supplied. This is done to make things easier for you when you arrive. Also, there are towels and linens provided, but they are not cleaned or resupplied during your stay. A laundry facility is located in the parking garage, just below the condo, which can be used for free. If you would like extra cleanings during your stay which would include a refreshed setup just as when you arrived, it can be arranged for a $149 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF CLEANING SCHEDULE AND TIMED LOCK CODING. It is guaranteed to be ready by the normal check-in time.

THERE IS NO TRADITIONAL OVEN. The condo has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. It contains an under counter refrigerator, compact freezer, drawer dishwasher, electric stove top, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and toaster. The microwave does have a convection oven feature.

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Most coastal locations don't have and rarely need air conditioning because of the cool breeze from the ocean.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. As per personal policy and the policy of the resort, guests are not allowed to have pets of the property. If you see them during your stay it is just because regulation allows neighboring residents to pass thru to the beach.

The resort facilities and services may, from time to time, have certain amenities temporarily out of service or under maintenance for various reasons. We will keep you informed as we are if this occurs, but cannot make special accommodation for conditions that are out of our control.

OUR GUESTS ARE CONSIDERED OWNER'S GUESTS. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, IN-ROOM DINING SERVICE, BEACH FIRE PITS, AND GOLF CART RIDES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS THAT DON'T BOOK DIRECTLY THRU THE RESORT. NIGHTLY RATES DIRECTLY THRU THE THE RESORT ARE MUCH HIGHER IN ADDITION TO AN ADDED DAILY RESORT FEE.

ALL WAS GOOD FOR THE MOST PART.NOT TRANS PARENT ON THE TV SITUATION.TWO GREAT TVS ONE IN FRONT ROOM AND ONE IN BEDROOM BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH!! YOU MUST STREAM ANYTHING YOU WANT TO WATCH.THERE WAS NOTHING MENTIONED OF THIS IN THE DISCRIPTION OF THE PROERTY.BATHROOM IA EXTREMLY SMALL.FOOD IN RESRAUNT VERY POOR.WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

Perfect Getaway
We had a fantastic stay! The unit was exactly as described—well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The owner provided clear instructions on amenities and easy access to the property. Good times!
Great spot. Fun property to explore. Very kid friendly. Lovely walking paths along the ocean bluffs. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and updated. Everything in working order. Centrally located in the complex. Easy access. Would definitely rent again.
