Yuck.
Our bed sheets were disgusting. We had 2 different beds and neither one was clean. Under the blanket there was hair and something pink on the sheets. I specifically booked a first floor room and when we checked in he said, I’m going to put you on the second floor, is that ok? I said well..and before I got a chance to say anything else he said “it’s all I have available”. When we got into our room, it was FREEZING! Our whole experience was awful.

Very loud and sleepless night!
the kid on the room next to ours was slamming doors and screaming until about midnight, as well as their mother yelling profanities at them. I had texted the front desk number that was texted to me with no response, as well as knocking on the neighboring door asking them to keep it down….but with no response. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep. The walls are paper thin and the hotel was very noisy.

I spent time to preregister even taking a picture of my drivers license and adding a credit card number. When I arrived I need to do it all again. The room was also ICE cold and took an hour or so to warm up.

You are getting what you pay for. The room pictures were deceiving :( Be prepared to wear a coat when you enter a room (thermostat was set to 41). The back of the bathroom door had blood on it which was concerning. Also had to sleep on top of our coats - yellow stains all over the bed.

Microtel stands for tiny rooms
No frills hotel. Rooms are tiny, hence the name Micro- tel. Staff was friendly and provided extra pillow. Fine for a one nighter. Barely room to turn around in the room.

The lobby smelled of food. The pillows were lumpy. We were staying to get to the airport for an early flight. We asked for a wake up call which we did not get. There was a fight in the room above us at midnight, we could hear someone hit the walls and fall to the floor. Called the desk since we could hear a man yelling “Help! Help” Certainly not a restful night. We won’t EVER return. Staff at desk barefooted as we left.
