It was one of our better stays. The rate included breakfast located on the rooftop which was very pleasant and the food was good. very good location near the main central park. The room was a little awkward. It had two full beds that were raised on platforms that were so high that they included a step stool to help with getting onto the bed. Shower and hot water was very good. Because of configuration, the room was very tight.

Such a perfect restaurant. Easy access to all shops and dinning options. The in house restaurant is very delicious also. Staff was always friendly and attentive. Rooms where clean and spacious. Strong WiFi. Will be back soon.

Nice hotel. Would stay there again.
The hotel is very close to Parque Central, so it's very convenient. Only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful with booking the shuttle to Lake Atitlan the following day and having our clothing washed the same day we arrived. I would recommend it.

The hotel is very charming and is very safe to stay at. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the food choices were very good. My only criticism is that most of the waiters and waitresses did not speak English or understood very little English. They were all very pleasant and helpful but I wish I could have spoken Spanish to them.

The stay at the property was okay. The room was basic but clean. Air conditioning was great and hot water was readily available. The staff was friendly and helped with providing activities around town to indulge. The location was walkable to major site seeing and dining.
