Long weekend break
Upon entering the property (by steep narrow stairs - so not for those who struggle with walking), one enters a very tiny, basic old French, quaint apartment. However, basic does not mean it’s lacking: it has all that one needs in ancient Antibes, because restaurants and food markets and shops and the beach are your very near neighbours. The view from the (somewhat decaying) balcony is stunning. The apartment could definitely do with freshening up with a pot of paint and perhaps the installation of a long wall mirror in the main room would reflect the beautiful light. The Bathroom is small and compact (an added shelf would really help to put toiletries on) but it’s adequate and clean. Hosts always contactable and helpful. Overall I had a fabulous four nights stay and would book again. Good value.

If you want to experience the ramparts in Antibes this is the place. The massive market is litterally 3 min walk away. The sea is 30 seconds away and the nearest beach is a 15 minute, beautiful stroll away. There are probably 250 restaurants within walking distance be they 200 seats or 8 seats. The apartment is certainly small, but if you stay relatively organized it is not a problem. We cooked and ate full meals in the kitchen. Fresh produce and meats and cheeses at the market made for some amazing meals. The restaurants and street performers so enhanced our trip. Do not be alarmed by the pull out bed. It is super thick mattress and comfy. We will use again when we go back!!

Absolutely stunning location
We booked the accommodation due to the sea view and we weren't disappointed. It overlooks the pedestrian promenade and bay, the view is stunning. The balcony itself could do with a little TLC but that's made up for with the view. The accommodation is in the old town in the ramparts, steps away from the daily market, bars, restaurants and beaches. You enter the accommodation from the quiet side street. The location was amazing. The door to the room itself is up a set of quite steep curved steps so maybe not suitable for those with mobility issues but we were fine. Great communication from Gaelle throughout including when I was asking questions in the lead up to the holiday. The accommodation is small and compact inside but that's what I expected from the description. It is clean and has everything needed for a short break. Shower is hot with good pressure. We would definitely stay at the accommodation again next time we visit Antibes which is a certainty as we absolutely loved it. We visited other areas such as Cannes which were lovely but so glad we based ourself in beautiful Antibes.

This is our third stay in this studio which we like and appreciate for its cleanliness and position in the old town, just two steps away from the market and with a gorgeous sea view. All the shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and not too far away from the "Pole d'Echange" and the railyway station. Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, and Nice are just a short bus ride away.

Enjoyed the studio, which is near to the market, shops and supermarkets. Within reasonable walking distance to the buses and trains if one wants to visit the region. We hope to return in the autumn, - already missing those sunny days.

Wonderfull Holiday
It was a studio, so it was small, but fine for two people. What particularly pleased us was the fact that it received the sun from eight o'clock in the morning until 5pm. This allowed us to have our breakfast outside on the balcony, in the early morning sun, overlooking the sea. It's position was marvelous. The market and supermarkets and general shops were all within a few minutes walking distance, and the buses were not expensive when we wanted to visit . All in all for us it was a wonderful holiday, but of course we had sunshine every day.

Bijou, great appartment. Has everything you need. View is fabulous. Marc is very helpful and is nearby if you need anything. Right beside Coeurs Massena Market and 10 mins walk from train station. Antibes is always busy so lots of people walk past your balcony and photograph your apartment. The road passes in front and has a steady stream of traffic. The small, South facing, front balcony is fabulous for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the world go by in the Cote D'Azur sunshine. Thankyou again, Homeaway!

Perfect Property
Lovely property with excellent facilities. The owners could not have been more helpful. The lounge overlooks the sea and the views are amazing. Walking in the immediate area is recommended. Close by there is an excellent market which sells fresh local produce- very few plastic containers! There are many restaurants and cafes all within walking distance of the flat.

What a fantastic break !
I loved the apartment , the location was superb , the view out of this world and it had everything I needed. I would highly recommend if your travelling alone or as a couple. I have been to Antibes several times but will definitely be booking this appartment again next year! Magnificent!!

Unterkunft insgesamt !!!
Das Treppenhaus zur Wohnungstür ist sehr steil und eng, einen größeren Koffer bekommt man kaum in die Wohnung. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist so eng dass korpulente Menschen nicht rein kommen, für meine schwangere Frau war es nicht möglich. Der Balkon ist sehr klein, kaum nutzbar. Zu Bedenken gilt auch dass sich unterhalb vom Balkon eine sehr beliebte Fußgängerstrasse befindet die auch von Joggern und Fahrradfahrer genutzt wird. Wenn man die Balkontüre in der Nacht offen hat, im Sommer geht nicht ohne, wird man sehr früh morges durch die Passanten geweckt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in Antibes sind sehr überschaubar und teuer, dies sollte man bedenken. Insgesamt gesehen kann man die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

L’appartement est très bien situé sur les remparts de la vieille ville. On a une super belle vue du balcon sur la mer. L’appartement est tout près de la plage et au même temps au cœur de la vielle ville. L’appartement est petit, mais pratique et bien équipé et pour nous compter le plus le balcon avec la belle vue.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the old parts of Antibes with a magnificent view of the sea. I still miss that gorgeous view! It's close to several beaches in Antibes and Juan-les-Pins is within walking distance to. Restaurants and the Provencal market is just around the corner also. The apartment in itself has everything you need if you plan to stay outside most of the day. It's small but a great base to go for outings. The apartment is not great for people that are sensitive to noice as the road passes just outside the balcony and people are passing just outside to. Gaelle and Marc were lovely hosts and very accommodating with information and flexibility. I give them my highest recommendation!

"Klein aber fein" - Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten das Appartement über ein verlängertes Wochenende für zwei Personen gebucht. Das Appartement hält, was es der Beschreibung nach verspricht. Es hat eine sehr gute Grundausstattung, liegt zentral direkt in der Altstadt von Antibes und eignet sich hervorragend für einen Kurztrip. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (insbesondere der nur 2 min entfernte Markt), etc. sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vor allem der kleine Balkon, der einen wunderschönen Blick auf Bucht und Meer bietet, verleiht der Unterkunft ein gewisses Etwas. Darüber hinaus sind Vermieter und Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und begegnen mit französischer Herzlichkeit. Man sollte vorab wissen, dass alles - vor allem die Dusche - wirklich sehr klein ist und die Straße vor dem Balkon in der Woche zu den Stoßzeiten relativ stark befahren wird. Das Rauschen des Meeres entschuldigt den morgendlichen Lärm (bei geöffnetem Fenster) jedoch zweifelsohne. Insgesamt kann dies also den positiven Gesamteindruck keineswegs trüben. Wir empfehlen das Appartement vollends und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen! ++ Lage (location) ++ Sauberkeit (cleanliness) ++ Ausstattung (facilities) ++ Freundlichkeit (kindness) ++ Ambiente (ambiance) - partieller Straßenlärm (street noise, sometimes) Was man noch wissen muss: die Dusche ist eher für schlanke BesucherInnen :) (have to know: cramped bathroom/shower)

As described, compact living in Antibes old town. Close to a road and noise from vara.
As said above it is as described, nothing to complain about. All equipment worked. Nice and clean but for me it was more like a hotel room than an apartment and we slept (well), had our showers and made our Coffee there. Rest of the time we spent in the towns (Antibes and towns close to Antibes)
