The property was surrounded by bars and clubs and it was sooooo loud, it felt like we were in the club from our bedroom. We had to wear earplugs and even that didn't block out all the sound, which continued until after 2am. The room was alot smaller than the photos would suggest. We had 5 nights booked here by checked out the next morning as it was impossible to have a good experience here.

Everything is amazing.

This place was supee cute! Friendly staff and in a great location! Couldnt ask for anything more. The breakfast eggs were the best I've had in the 2 weeks I've been in Turkey. Loved this place! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Property had a great location. Right in the middle of the old city. Hotel is quite old, rooms are clean but small and basic. A little disappointing. Wifi did not work in rooms. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were nice.

Douro index by night clubs music and noise all the way till 6:00 am. I booked this hotel for five days and I left the hotel after the second night. I will recommend at all. It is extremely nooses you will not have peace or sleep at all also hot water is problem unless you want to have cold showers.

At first i had some issues with mistakes in booking but they were resolved very professionally. I was refunded for the night that I could not stay. After that, the service was wonderful. It was very comfortable and the staff could not have been kinder.

The staff, service , location everything was on point. Except the loud music on the street bars n pubs outside but i had ear plugs that saved my sleep. So all good! Baris was very helpful!
