Great location but poor management

The hotel is in a beautiful building and most of the rooms seem quite comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious. Location is wonderful. Unfortunately, the general management of the hotel is not well organized. They changed my room a night before my departure due to a renovation and put me in a room which reeked of cleaning supplies at first then of cigarettes. As I have horrible allergies, it ended up being a sleepless night. On top of that when I was about to leave, they wanted to charge me an extra fee due to the new value of the exchange rate which I refused to pay. I was really upset with my overall experience. Would I stay there again? I don’t think so mainly because there are many great hotels nearby for the same price.

Yorumları okuyarak burda konaklamaya karar vermiştik.Hiç yanıltmadı herşey mükemmeldi ,teşekkür ederiz.Arabanızı park edecek geniş bir ücretsiz otopark bulunması kolaylık sağladı.Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde ,otelin avlusu başlı başına kahve içip keyif yapmalık bir ambiyansta,Eros isimli konsept oda sa kaldık,çok temiz ve konforluydu.kahvaltıda yöresel ürünlere ağırlık verilmesi ev yapımı ürünler olması çok hoştu.Bir dahaki sefere yine burada kalmak isteriz .Otel çalışanlarını da unutmamak gerek ,çok yardımcı güleryüzlü ve kibarlardı.Yola çıkarken arkamızdan su bile döktüler 🙏

Kurban bayramında kaldık. Otel eski konakların , iyi ve titiz bir restorasyonla düzenlenmiş hali. Kaldığınızda ; günümüzün ihtiyaçlarını karşılayan ve geçmişi hissettirin bir ortamda bulunuyorsunuz. Otel eski bir taş evden yapılma butik bir otel. Bu yönü ile çok güzel. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve yöresel ürünler vardı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Otopark var. Odamız caddeye bakmasına rağmen rahatsız edecek kadar gürültü gelmiyordu. Butik otel olduğu için antrede gürültü yapmamaya özen göstermek lazım.

Dogru tercih yapmisiz.

Otelin konumu cok iyi, gorulecek pek cok yere oldukca yakin. Odalar biraz ufak olmakla beraber konforlu. Personel guleryuzlu ve yardimci. Ozellikle restaurantta calisan Ilham Hn’in guleryuzu ve ilgisinden dolayi kendisine cok tesekkur ediyoruz. Bir daha Antakya’da kalirsam baska otel arama, direkt giderim.
