Discover the lake, the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.
The first bedroom has a 160x200cm (King size) bed and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine (and a filter), a washing machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
