Our stay was almost perfect, but not quite. We didn’t get the room that we reserved and they couldn’t fix it because they were fully booked. Our room had a broken air conditioner, and when we told the front desk, she said ok. Very strange response, no apology or way to remedy it. The location was perfect!

The place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. The only negative aspect was the lack of coffee in the room. Coffee and croissants were available from 1:00 PM onwards, but that was not convenient for me as I need my morning coffee to wake up.

We loved the Allobroges Park Hotel. Super convenient to everything in the old town and all of the dining options. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great as well!

Excellent stay
I was here unexpectedly. The hotel is very clean, in a great location and well run. I was given an upgrade which gave me tons of space a ground level room that made coming and going easy. Breakfast was very nice. I would highly recommend it. Quiet but still just a few short blocks from the old town.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful old building totally renovated throughout. Lovely decor. In a great location as close to the station as well as the old town and lake. Spacious comfortable rooms. Parking was available for a fee. Would have liked a safety deposit box in the room though.

Superb hotel close to old town and lake!
We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk from the old town and the lake. It felt safe. The room was clean, modern and the perfect size for our weekend getaway. Breakfast (at €12~ pp) was very competitive with the other petit dejeuners we had out during our stay. The gratis tea, coffee and croissants from 1pm a really nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this is a small nitpick. Staff friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about a short stay in Annecy. We will be back. Merci
