Initial check-in experience was terrible. Employee at desk was rude, mumbled, acted like I was bothering her and was obviously having another conversation with ear buds in. Next employee we encountered a few hours later was the total opposite. Friendly, helpful and glad to be of service.

Door was hard to close and looked busted, breakfast was just ok. There were no bowls per staff so it cut out a few food choices especially for small kids. Pool had way too much chlorine and no towels

Very disappointed with the pool hours. After dinner, headed down to the pool for a swim, and found it closed. It was only a little after 8:00 pm. Also received an email that I would be charged an additional $10 to park my car. Unreal way to treat an HHONORS member.

To be honest, this was a very poor experience but ill explain... the reason for my ratings... I was in town for my mothers funeral, and it was SSSOOO damn humid out the hotel itself was almost as bad as it was outside. i got a suite and im glad that i did because 1 of the 2 A/C units went out, thankfully it wasnt the one in our bedroom... when reported to the staff they advised me that there was NO maintanance working that weekend, the pool had to be shut down at 8pm because there was an electrical issue with the lighting at the pool. the staff were awesome, especially the ladies at the front desk & housekeeping (i wish i had gotten thier names) the property was very clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were average. The rooms were somewhat clean, there was red stuff (blood/juice) on the wall and in the shower, no carpeting, which was nice. Had a pool, which we did not use. Shopping/restaurants were close and convenient.

This hotel is very dirty. Everywhere you turn you touch something sticky. My son was in white socks for 20 seconds and they became black! We stayed for 2 days and had no service. Basically we had to take out our own trash and get our own towels. The door handle to the bathroom fell off and I was afraid my son would get stuck in it. It was not fixed during our stay. The carpets in this facility should all be removed. It’s extremely dirty and smells bad.

Our room was a very nice size with kitchen and it was great to have a room separate from the kids. However there was a curtain missing from the one window and worse of all the air conditioning wasn’t working in the main living area. When I called to complain I was told on a Friday evening that there was no one there for maintenance and won’t be there all weekend. There were no available rooms to switch us too either. We dealt with it since we were out of the room most of the time. The pool was also very unsafe because it was clear there were people swimming that were not staying at the hotel. The gate was not locked and there were no pool towels. People coming to the hotel that aren’t staying and certainly weren’t paying the $10 per night for parking like we had to is a huge disappointment. I left with the pool with my young kids because of the people “visiting”. Breakfast was good but not a lot of seating.

NOT the Hampton we know and love
This hotel is in need of a major redo. The carpets in the halls, especially around the elevators is beyond dirty and has ventured into the filthy range. There were many small maintenance issues in our room. The breakfast was okay except they can't seem to keep hot coffee available. The very dark parking lot had no lighting, as in none of the lights worked plus I hear that they are planning on charging $10 a night to park. There are other much better options at this price point.

Our room had a very strong odor of a dog. A nearby room had a barking dog. We went down to ask to have our rooms changed and we waited in line for a long time and just gave up. The elevator floors were heavily stained. The public bathroom nearest to the pool did not have any toilet paper or paper towels. This was at 7:00 AM. My husband was a Diamond member for years when he traveled and we loved Hampton Inns. Not any more.
