Great house for a family
House is arranged perfectly for a family! Lots of lounge space with all of the comfy couches. Tv’s in the bedrooms are nice! House was very clean. Loved the pool. We had to call the pool guy because the pool turned green but he was super friendly and fixed it right up! The only thing we didn’t like was that the island has blocked most of the beach parkin; there is very little parking. It is only .7 of a mile to the beach (gulf side) but in the heat of the day and when you’re wet, that’s a bit far. If you visit during corona virus time we would recommend renting a golf cart or bikes to get back and forth to the ocean. We loved the house and if we visit again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Relaxing Outdoor Setting
Great quiet location. Backyard views compensates the outdated interior of the house. The pool and the grill did it for us after spending the whole day at the beach.

Clean, roomy and cozy, the kids will be pleased!!! all around family fun!!!
We come to AMI every year for vacation and love it! every year we find someplace new to try, and this spot was great! Our 6 year old was in and out of the pool and hot tub every chance he could be ,( we all were when we weren't out an about) the whole patio and walk ways are built of a stone walk way that was beautiful yet easy on bare feet! They even had a game box and extra bedding and PLENTY of couch space and TVs in all the rooms. My husband and I love to fish and caught many of catfish and pinfish off the dock, even the kids caught some!. My daughter the "tween" enjoyed the beach witch she could access safely OFF the main roads. We were on a much bigger canal than what we were used to in the past. The home was equipped with everything you may have for gotten, it was great! and the caretakers call within minuets!!... I only know this because I didn't know how to use that particular AC system and had to called them. My husband an I always start looking for the next area on AMI that we are going to book for the following year, very seriously....we looked around for months and this was perfect for our family!!!!
