Bella Vista’ is a coastal beachfront property located in beautiful Anna Bay. The property has uninterrupted views of the northern end of Birubi beach which is 2 hours drive from Sydney.
Only a few steps from the waters edge the property is a 2 story, 4 bedroom duplex.
Located a mere few minutes from Anna Bay town, a further few minutes from Nelson Bay, close to restaurants, shops, and delicious eateries. You will be spoilt for choice on where to dine, relax, and shop.


The property is perfect for a stay- cation with today’s state of affairs, work from home options with a change of environment. Or the perfect summer holiday with family and friends.

The space is equipped with a smart TV blue ray DVD. Open plan living room with kitchen and dining room. From this space you will see stunning ocean views all around.

Use the BBQ and watch the sunset from the open patio/ balcony. Drink your wine and enjoy the serene atmosphere, listening to the waves.

On this same level is 2 bedrooms, laundry, bathroom with extra toilet.
Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms plus an extra bathroom, plus a generous lounge room, TV and sofa bed.

The backyard is fully fenced providing safety so the kids can play and you can relax and watch them from the verandah.
Access to the beach from the back fence is 100metres. Backing on Tomaree National Park.

Walk to the well known Crest cafe is a mere 5 minutes walk. You can enjoy great coffee and great culinary options from them.
People from all over NSW come here to visit the sand dunes for camel riding, playing on the sand dunes, photo shoots etc.

Surfers all year round populate the beach as well as families, locals, dogs, and tourists.
Frontside has a double width driveway, and off street parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Internal stairs between the 2 levels is not suitable for people with mobility impairment.
Guests with small children should be mindful of this also.
Ceiling fans are all through the property as well as floor fans, heaters and two split system air conditioners.
A high chair is also provided for babies and toddlers.
The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and extra items to make it feel more at home. A cafe style sandwich press, automatic rice cooker, blender, 2 electric frypans, and a Caffitaly coffee machine compatible with grinders, Gloria Jeans and Woolworths coffee pods.

The laundry is well equipped for large groups/ families with an 11kg washing machine top load, and sensor dryer plus with an external clothes line.
The house has items to get you started with things such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, plus some kitchen and pantry staples to make your stay a little easier!
Supermarkets Woolworths, Coles and IGA are not far if you need to stock up on any of essentials

Amazing location right on the beach
This place has the perfect location for letting kids run free. The house backs onto walking paths and is very close to a playground and skate park. Short walk to Birubi beach. The house is spacious and kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views from the balcony. There is a bit of construction going on in the duplex next door but luckily no works on the days we were there.

The best property in Port Stephens
Ive been holiday letting in Port Stephens for over 20 years and by far this is the best property we have stayed in. From the quality of furnishings, the lovely communication with the owner and view and access to the beach, this was an outstanding holiday. Perfect family getaway
We absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our family to get together to celebrate my 60th birthday. We were a party of 7 adults, 3 children (11, 10 and 7) and two babies. The location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach, but also very quiet and peaceful. We watched whales frolicking from the kitchen window pretty much the whole weekend! The accommodation was very comfortable, with plenty of space for us all. Kitchen was very well-equipped. We really hope we can go back another time, we had the loveliest time.

Location and view great but unfortunately construction work taking place which interrupted this and we wernt told of We felt price did not match quality Cleanliness good be better and sofa bed for the 10th and 11th bed was broken The house is not indicated it is a duplex so neighbours both nights were partying late and had to be told to quieter down Large skip bin blocked driveway. I’m sure once renovations complete it will be lovely
