Never go back there. Stayed an overnight to go to U of M hospital appt next day. . Staff rude and 50.00 hold fee .I booked through Expedia and my room was fully paid before I got there . Found trash under my bed appeared to be swept under there. . Dirty carpet.

Staff was welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Room was very hot and dirty and dusty. The air con unit did not work. Previous guest had left a pair of socks that cleaning crew had missed. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Dirt on the floor of the bathroom and side of tub. Room ceiling, in general, had missing patches. Guests in the pool area were noisy after hours. I will not stay there again.

Very out dated. The carpet was dirty. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Bathroom door and frame rusted. Burn marks on tub. The pool was very noisy until closing. I would not stay or recommend this location!

Rooms weren’t bad, bathroom shower area had black areas on ceiling. Freezer had brown ice in the front. I turned air up high but it still barely got cold so probably have a max setting on it. The hot water you had to have it in the middle to get Luke warm water if u go to the hot area it’s actually cold. Pool area could use a fresh paint maybe.

I was in a room near the freeway and the noise was NON-STOP.. The room itself was good/adequate but the location was not ideal.. Finding an ice machine that was working was a Herculean effort. It's a decent place for the price but don't expect any extras

After reading all the negative reviews out there, I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air/heat in the room worked fine. We had a king tower room facing the highway and it wasn't too noisy with the window closed. The free breakfast is amazing with alot of options. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and they were the appropriate temperatures. The staff was helpful and nice. If you're considering this hotel, go ahead and book it instead of listening to all of the complainers out there!

There was a lot of ambient noise as this property is just off major road traffic. While clean, it feels like it could use some updating. It is a bit of a hike to other areas, however, the bus system is very good in Ann Arbor.

The property feels dated, perhaps a Holiday Inn of years gone by, but the staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean as could be. Housekeeping checked to see if we needed towels, shampoo, etc. The breakfast buffet was above average - hot sauce for my eggs, tater tots, waffle iron and yogurts. I was happy with the value for the price we paid.
