I travel for work and this was my 2nd stay at this hotel for several days. The housekeeping is very good. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. It is an older hotel but the maintenance is responsive with repairs requests. The breakfast has fresh fruit and eggs, which I like. I was the most pleased with the housekeeping. They really do a good job and i appreciate clean bedding.

As stated in previous post about loud door slamming, if you stay in rooms 100-110 the entry door to outside slams shut and you can hear it clear as day in your room. Seems to be a door that is used a lot. Shower also was plugged and drained slow so it held water making the shower area wet since it is a walk in shower. Toilet height is high so if you’re not 6 ft your feet will not tough the floor when sitting. Room wasn’t real clean dust on curtains and walls floor was dirty making the bottom of feet black. The lobby area and outside are very nice and appear clean.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent appointment at the University of Michigan Hospital . As well as a very nice place to stay it was a very convenient place to stay. Staff is very nice as were the surroundings and the room! Getting ready to book another stay during another visit to the University of Michigan Hospital.

This hotel was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was hot and powerful pressure. The amenities were also very nice. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and delicious with more options than at most hotels. We felt very safe as well and look forward to a return visit.

ww had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The building and rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly! The breakfast buffet is plentiful and filling. While we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, both looked clean and we saw many people enjoying them. We will stay here next time we’re back in Ann Arbor!
