The room we checked into didn’t have working air/heat, so they kindly moved us to a different room upon request. Rooms were pretty clean but outdated as expected. The breakfast area was nice and tidy and had many options. The staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a great stay for the price!

Nice feel to location. Room did smell of smoke a lot though. Pool needs a good clean but pleasant area. The hot tub jets were broken so spewed everywhere. Just needs a little TLC

I tried to check in and was ignored by an employee on the phone for 25 minutes. I had to get to a football game so I went to check in after and was told my room was given away due to being over booked so I would have to take an old room from the outside because I booked through a third party. The door to get into the hotel by my room was broke so had to walk around to find one that worked. Another guest waited as well and asked me if she was invisible because she was not acknowledged either. Went to the pool area and the restroom there was very dirty with paper all over the floor and the door would not lock. Noise was loud outside my room. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel property.
