I did not have high expectations but I was most pleasantly surprised. The room was very nicely laid out, light switches where you could find them, spacious. My only problem was food found the microwave from a previous guest and found only when I found a plug that worked to use the refrigerator. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy with sausage, so no eggs. It could have used a bit more fruit. I would stay again. And it gas a pool!

It was a good stay for a quick night for a nascar race. Pool area could use some cleaning, the pool was freezing cold. I think the rooms could use a Deep clean like baseboards etc….

Terrible first impression. Room was very clean.
The curb appeal is terrible. Pot holes and garbage bags sitting by the front doors. The lobby is rather dingy and the carpet is absolutely disgusting up the steps and to the rooms. I thought for sure we would check out our room and be leaving because it was gross. I was pleasantly suprised that room was perfect. I used to be a housekeeper so i always check for bugs, dust and nooks and crannies. The only place that was dirty was stepping into the shower is a small lip that hair dirt and hair. The pool had been closed for maintanance but the front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly and confirmed our 2 kids could swim before checking us in. She got on the phone with the manager and we were all set. The pool area is fine. Brrakfast was fine. When leaving there was all kinds of cans in the bushes.

The online photos depicted a much nicer, more modern property than the reality. The hotel and room were outdated, with noticeable wear and tear on the walls and shower area. While the staff was courteous and the room was clean, the overall ambiance did not match the expectations set by the online images. There is definitely room for improvement to enhance the guest experience.
