Stayed in remodeled room-clean, comfy bed. Linen & towels were nice. Good to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Fairly quiet area around the hotel but in room heater/A/C unit was noisy & needed to wear earplugs at night.

Had a very bad encounter w another guest who tried to scare one of our girls. Hotel management immediately changed our room, but this place is clearly not as safe as the pictures would make you think.

Leaking around the corner.
My stay was ok. Though the room was clean and on the first floor, the people sitting around the corner all night made me fell uncomfortable. I understand that they are non smoking room but having someone perking around the corner will make you feel extremely uneasy.

Couldn’t check in because no one was in the lobby office. It was all wide open though, half eaten food behind the desk and internet browsers open but no one there. We waited for 45 mins for someone to finally show up.

Property was ok. Under renovation. Staff was nice. Room was ok. Some clean-up items missed. Dirty hand towel left behind. Some shoddy reno work with tv area. Some older stained comforters used. Needs further updating. Good location for UM games, shuttle pick up spot so thats great. Crazy overpriced for the stay but understand it was market price based on UM vs MSU game
