Additionally, this level includes a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.
Moving up to the mid-level, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry, along with an additional toilet for convenience. The highlight of this level is the spacious open-plan living and dining area, which opens out onto a large balcony boasting picturesque ocean views.
