Welcome to this wonderful summer house with wonderful views of the sea in Sant Elm (Andratx). It offers two independent apartments with capacity for 8 guests in total.
This will be the perfect accommodation for two families who want to spend their holidays together, but maintaining their independence at the same time, as it consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

Both apartments offer furnished terraces with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea, where you can enjoy your summer meals outdoors. Just keep in mind that part of the terrace on the ground floor constitutes a coastal crossing area, so some people can pass by sporadically.

Inside, each of the two apartments offers a spacious living room - kitchen with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs from where you can contemplate the sea or watch satellite television. The kitchens on each floor have electric hobs and everything you need to cook their best dishes. To rest there are 2 bedrooms in each apartment, both with wardrobe and a fan. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor. If you are travelling with you baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. Finally, both apartments have a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Sant Elm is one of the most spectacular areas of the island, thanks to its crystal clear waters and its protected environment between sea and mountains. In the area you can find local people of the island and different shops and restaurants of Mediterranean food. From Sant Elm you can make a boat trip to Sa Dragonera, a "must visit" for all the tourists in Mallorca. Sa Dragonera is a small island belonging to the Balearic Islands and protected as a natural space with the category of Natural Park, where you will be able to enjoy its fauna and flora in addition to contemplating its unbeatable crystalline waters that will make you fall in love with that beautiful place.

Séjour de rêve à Majorque
Très belle location comprenant 2 logements complètement équipés et communiquant. Idéal pour 2 familles. Chaque logement dispose d’une magnifique terrasse tous juste au dessus de la mer. Vraiment magique !
