Villa Seldwyla is a rustic stone-built mansion situated on the west side of Mallorca, with direct access to the sea just crossed the street.
It is only 5-minute walk from the port of Port d’Andratx and 30 km from the airport of Palma de Mallorca.
This beautiful villa is immersed in the greenery and has a warm and cozy rural style thanks to the stones and wooden ceilings of which it is made.

Villa Seldwyla consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, two rooms have a double bed and the others have two single beds each.

On the ground floor we find a spacious living area with 3 sofas, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace; the kitchen that features, like the rest of the building, a rustic style and is equipped with dining table, two ovens, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and Italian coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer, toaster, juicer and kitchenware.

On this floor, there is also a guest toilet and the main room, with bathroom (which has a shower and bathtub) and a dressing room.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom with shower and a living room with library.

Outside there is an infinity pool (9x4.5 meters), a gas barbecue on the terrace and the porch.

Finally, in the basement, there is a garage for three cars and from there you can directly access the house through an internal staircase. Both the entrance door and the garage door are automated and remote controls will be provided for their use.

This wonderful island offers a lively nightlife and many historical and natural attractions to meet the needs of millions of tourists who crowd this island every year.
On the island there are stone villages, art galleries and music festivals, all surrounded by hills full of citrus groves.



Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Check in: from 16:00 Check out: 10:00.
Extra costs:
Refundable deposit: € 6.000, to be paid by bank transfer to the owner or with the release of the credit card as guarantee. It will be returned less any charge in case of damage.
Management fee: € 1.000 per stay.
