This is the most horrible little apartment I’ve ever been in the kitchen and bathroom or lower than the rest of the apartment due to bad flooring. There is an inch opening under the front door where the air comes in cold heater boards are falling apart. There are no light fixtures in the building and the whole apartment, no alarm wires are hanging down from the fire alarm

Okay, but. . .
Fluffy towels and quiet, but not as advertised! No hardwood floors and shops are blocks away — not “steps away.” Stains and odor on carpet and area rugs. Stovetop grungy and no working hood light. All nonstick cookware scratched beyond safe use. Same drip in kitchen as noted in prior review. Only two tiny tiny forks and one plastic fork. Fan in bathroom desperately needs cleaning and sink is cracked badly..Smoke detector missing, covers on ceiling lights missing.
