Upon arrival was greeted by the nicest and most helpful staff. I had issues with the digital key not working but was given a key in no time. No issues in the room, the room was clean and warm absolute excellent place to stay. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient as well.

Hampton awesomness
It's always amazing at the Hampton. Especially the complementary hot breakfast, waffles yum. I definitely recommend staying here, the price is always right, and ur incidental deposit is reimbursed IMMEDIATLY after check out vs 3 to 5 business days everywhere else.

It was nice to be able to bring my dog with epilepsy with us to stay, that way we are able to keep an eye on him. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious! Employees happy and helpful esp the breakfast guy. He deserves a raise!!!

I have stayed here several times and I have always been pleased with the experience. It is conveniently located next to an Applebee's, and it is located near main roads making travel easy.

I had called and spoke with a person at the desk and was told I could check in anytime after 12 for early check in. Around 3:40 I went to check in while on my lunch break and was told I was too early and my room wasn’t ready. After I explained that I had called I was told I needed a card on file and if the one I used to pay for the room would be that card. I used a travel site and paid through that site, the front desk had me swipe my card and charged me for the room a second time then said I needed to pay the $50 incidental fee. When I asked for the reservation number it was the one I had then informed her that I had already paid for the room. It has since been credited back. Later I went to get some items from the commissary and when I went to the desk to pay cash, the same front desk lady looked bothered I had cash because she had just counted her till and would charge it to my room. I had gone back to get a drink with cash and there was a different lady who was much more helpful. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again. Overall the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was nice.

Less than clean
The hotel room I was assigned was wheel-hair friendly, but I am not in a wheelchair. Despite this meaning there was a moveable showerhead in the shower, the shower was not clean and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking.(I kept finding long black hairs everywhere, and my hair is shorter than 2 inches, plus my socks were filthy after walking on the carpets of my room.) Additionally, hotels.com had me booked in a king w/ kitchenette, which the hotel says they do not actually have. Also, they had a sensor activated light in the bathroom with no ability to shut it off - not great for night trips to the bathroom, and no fan in the restroom. The front desk seemed pretty stressed though the breakfast service staff were pleasant. The breakfast offering was also good and that area of the hotel, at least, was clean and well maintained.
