Room was not ready when we went to it. Fans were set up and the window was open. The floor was wet for some unknown reason? So walking around without shoes was not an option! Chair was on the bed? Just a weird vibe. Of course no other rooms available!

Our room was not cleaned well. There were things that were just not working correctly in the room. All management could say was, "I'm sorry to hear that". We stayed at the Homewood Suites earlier in our stay and it was must better.

Super accommodating. My sister and I had a flight tour to katmai that got cancelled so we decided to stay in anchorage another night. We had checked out at 6:30 am and were back at 9 trying to rebook another night. They let us have our old room right back and didn’t have to wait at all! Super comfortable beds also.

The hotel room we stayed in was ok but really needed a deep clean. The carpet was stained.We found socks from the previous person staying in the room. The shower needed a deep clean and the room needs dusting .

Airport Van might make you late.
The peloton was broken, unable to lower seat. The shuttle driver said he would come in ten minutes. Twenty minutes after that, the front desk called him and he said he’d be there in twenty minutes. I had to call an Uber to get to the airport. There was zero traffic and the airport is about six minutes away. No apology or anything. Other than that, the hotel seems clean and staff are adequately polite. Breakfast was standard. Nice they have a pool.

I've since asked what needed to be done in the future and was told Front Desk would discuss it amongst themselves.
