The pool table was a pleasant surprise. Swimming pool, hot tub, big screen TV, very clean and comfy bed. The only viable improvement could have been, cleaning staff should pay more attention to the refrigerator. Mine had a very foul smell. Otherwise my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended.

Menu at grab and go needs to be clear about what options are absolutely VF or vegetarian. I ordered sandwiches with meat unknowingly and was charged twice cause I had to get vegetarian again.

No free coffee in the lobby, no room cleaning for stays less than 7 days. The George Jetson decor looked comical and cheap. They had some air freshener in my room that was probably hip but I thought it stunk. I'd stay away if you're over 30 years old and not a hipster doofus.

The Aloft Anchorage is a fresh fun take on hotel stays! If you've ever stayed in the Moxy in Amerstam or the Citizen M in London then the vibe will feel familiar. Yesterday, instead of of my grandkids enjoying a stay a the local Aloft hotel I was told by their management to vacate the premises of their swimming pool and leave. It was so unprofessionally handled. Instead of taking the time to talk to me the assistant manager rolled her eyes and walked off. We’ve been there before, In all the times we’ve stayed there, no one ever said that enjoying our stay with friends coming over for a bit was not tolerated at that hotel. I was made to feel sooo unwelcome. Perhaps racism had something to do with her condescending anger. Why else would she treat me in that rude manner? We did leave the pool and checked out. So Families, grandparents Beware, the Marriott Aloft hotel does not want you there. Sad evening for my kiddos. I will never go back. Don’t want my grandkids to experience that for anything again.

Had a bad view of the front door awning. Not the best. There was a noise that sounded like water rushing through the walls all night long. Other than that the room was super clean the staff was amazing and the front desk employee this morning 5/14 assisted us with late check out shopping locations laundry services. She was awesome.
