The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Staff was not very communicative on their amenities. No one was sure on where local transportation picked up or dropped off to Disneyland. Staff also did not let us know they had free dinner “social hour” on certain days of the week. Overall we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the property was clean. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! FYI for those traveling with small children, the pool is 3 1/2 feet deep at the shallow end, my 4yo couldn't touch. Bring floaties 😁

This is our second year going to Anaheim StayBridge suites and we absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and I couldn’t believe we saw the whole fireworks show from our room! We will be back!!

Great service overall! Only issue was staff didn’t come check if we had hand soap daily. I feel I shouldn’t have to ask after day 1. They should check those things daily.

We stayed in the Staybridge Suites for 5 nights. Here are the Pros and Cons of this property. Pros: this property is 5 mins driving to the theme park. The receptionist upon arrival was friendly and she offered us a discount for parking since we stayed for 5 nights. Cons: there are so many drawbacks of this property. 1. The property is heavily used and aged. It needs upgrades or better maintenance. For example, the chairs and the ottomans have worn out and have very rough edges. The Carpet is also worn out. 2. The staff is very unprofessional. On the first day we arrived, I was using bathroom and my daughter was in the living room while my husband was out to pick up food. There was a man entered our room without knocking and once he saw my daughter he closed the door. My daughter told me and I called the front desk right away. After confirmation, they said it was the supervisor who entered our room accidentally and he was meant to enter the other room. The front desk lady assured us nobody else had our room key and we shouldn’t worry about it. No apology or anything after I said I felt unsafe and scared. 3. When we checked in, we were told the property will only offer light room service everyday which means towel change and garbage cleanup. But on the 4th day, we were told we shouldn’t expect room service everyday. So our garage didn’t get picked up. 4. There is only one elevator that was shared by both guests and employees. So expect for a 10 min wait in rush hour.
