The place was ok. I only needed it for one night. It's in a quiet area near disneyland. Its walkable...a bit hidden of you don't pay attention because of the gps. The only problem I had was the front door of the room was hard to open and close and my room specifically didn't have toilet paper when I arrived in the room. Also the bathroom door did not close at all. Overall it was an ok stay

Nice place to stay. Could use a class in customer service, because they called me 3x prior to my arrival asking me when I planned to arrive. I told them the previous day that I would be arriving late, and they continued to call me until I walked in the lobby.

I had a great 4 night stay! I did a ridiculous amount of researching in hotels through yelp, Expedia, and Google reviews and Solara Inn was consistent in their positive reviews and ratings. My room was extremely clean (no bugs), check-in/out was simple, parking was great(free), the bed was comfy, shower pressure and temperature was perfect, spacious room, and property was quiet (except during Disney fireworks at 9:30pm. The fireworks are really loud and a few people come outside to view them but 20min later it’s back to quiet). I had a great view of the fireworks show from my room so that was an added bonus! The amenities were very basic but sufficient. There’s no streaming service on the TV but a decent amount of channels, there’s a fridge and microwave, no closet but a rack to hang clothes. The hotel is a neighbor to a seemingly well kept trailer park so if your room is on that side you may want to keep your curtains closed while dressing as well as not open the windows as there were hints of cigarette smoke coming from that direction. However, I only smelled the cigarette occasionally when I went outside, when inside I just used the a/c and didn’t smell any smoke. Overall, the pricing was great, staff was helpful, especially Norma who works overnight. She answered all my questions regarding extending my stay and offered great tips! The Solara Inn is a hidden gem in the area and I hope they continue to maintain their reasonable prices, quality of cleanliness and service!

I like the location is near Disney parks but dislike the pool and the fact the shower had only cold water. They charged me for a Rollaway $15.00 a night. I asked the manager in turn to discount the rollaway because of the shower situation. She did not discount it. . She seemed very unhappy that I had booked through Expedia.com maybe you should advertise this property. I think I’m going to contact my credit card about this business transaction.
