Pros about this property, the breakfast and location to Disney was nice. Cons would never stay here again. First of all they charge a resort fee on top of the reservation which I’m ok with but what does that cover? Parking? The pools? The maid service? Well I have several big complaints. First of all the hot tub was not even hot. Tried to make it work but after 5 mins just could not handle it. A worker came by and we asked him if he could check on it. He came back and said it’s at 104. It clearly wasn’t. We told him it wasn’t and then he said well I’m not the plumber. Sorry:( next on of the nights my daughter and her husband were in their room at 10:30 asleep and a worker is trying to get in and opens the door thank goodness they had the top lock done. Next the beds are needing to be replaced. If you sit on the edge of the bed in the middle it will go all the way down. You can’t feel the springs in the bed. And they don’t make up the beds every day. Never once mentioned this on check in to ask for this. I guess my bad. I’ve stayed down here at Disneyland 3 times in the last year so I come here a bit. I feel at least they should refund the resort fee on both rooms. To make things right.

Nice staff, the room was a little bit noisier in the morning when people are walking by, but overall experience was very good. The breakfast is better than I was expecting with some eggs. The location is a walk distance to the parks and Downtown Disney.

Okay location

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was convenient. Not as close of a walk to Disney as I was hoping. Sleeping was hard so noisy and not really from the street, we were right next to the laundry staff room and could hear the neighbors talking all through the night. Pool and playground would be nice in the summertime I’m sure.

Rooms are tiny. My room was dirty not cleaned very well. Sink was really slow draining and nasty stuff come up out of drain. Lots of homeless people sleep on the other side of street and smoke meth out in the open definitely last time I stay there. It is close to Disneyland land though only plus.

Makes visiting the resort so easy!

This is our go-to hotel when visiting Disney. It's an easy walk to Downtown Disney and the resort, they have free parking and a hot breakfast buffet. Pool and hot tub. It's not fancy but not expensive either. Glad to have found this place.

Checked in two nights after a day in the parks. Short walk from downtown Disney. Easy to get to not bad walk at all. Staff super friend. Room was clean bed comfy.
