It has been several years since we stayed here. We chose this hotel this time because the one we usually stay at was booked. Check in went smoothly, staff was nice. The room was quiet, I did not hear any neighbors at all and I know the hotel was pretty full. Plenty of parking. I am to a fan of the $26 a day parking fee but I knew it when booking. Like I said, I have not been here for a few years. The room felt dated. A hotel room with carpet these days just seems outdated. The coffee maker still had the K-cup in from the last guest. The hair dryer did not work. The shower curtain does not want to stay closed at all, both sides just keep sliding into the middle and water gets all over the bathroom floor. The room was fine for what we needed it for, just wish it was a little more updated.

Our first room was great. After 12 hours of walking around Disneyland, we checked in kind of late at night. Went to take a shower, no shower curtain. Called front desk, she could only move us to another room. The second room was smaller, tv was smaller, no view but it did have a shower curtain so we were able to take showers. 😀

Great staff, great clean rooms, great breakfast, clean pool and bubbling jacuzzi. I usually stay at Holiday Inn express for the free breakfast but we did have to pay but it wasn’t expensive, it was delicious. Also had to pay for parking which I didn’t expect. It would’ve been great if those type of expenses were in the website, hence the 4 stars. Overall great experience!

We stayed for two nights. House service cleaned up the trash cans but that's all they did. No clean towel, didn't fix the bed, did replace toilet tissues. When we called the night front desk to find out why, FD clerk didn't give us a reason but as soon as we voiced out that this was a complaint, she just cut off the line

This is a great locations to the Disney parks. The actual hotel is outdated and needs a serious face lift. There’s carpet in the rooms and the bathrooms are very old. The staff is nice but you are mostly paying for the short distance to the park. The beds were also actually very comfortable.

Overall good & convenient stay for us, husband and 8 year old. Water play, pool, breakfast was good. Upon arrival, they share that you have to tell them you want full cleaning or housekeeping will only change towels. I call and tell the front desk that I want full cleaning during our stay. We returned both nights after long days out to no cleaning. Called to complain the 1st night then it happened again. Maybe I should’ve reminded them the day of? I don’t think I should have to though. Upon check out, I shared this with Elizabeth at the front desk. She was wonderful in that she was understanding, empathetic and she ended up apologizing and making the situation right in her way. I really appreciated that from her. The housekeeping was not good but I would stay again because of the other staff, convenience and food/water play.
