The property was clean and pretty decent for the money. There is little to no nearby (Short walking) restaurants or convenience stores, and absolutely none between the hotel and Disney. Our stay didn't come with breakfast which was both a surprise and a disappointment.

This hotel advertises a free kids breakfast and then charges $5.75 tax per child. One employee told us it was to recoup taxes but do your math, that’s not true. When I checked out, I was told that the system charges for the breakfast and then credits it back and I would see it on my receipt. However, she was unable to print my receipt and said I’d receive it via email. 8 hours later and no receipt in my email. Our room was never cleaned, beds never made, towels never replenished. They replaced a roll of toilet paper and took a dirty towel off the floor, but didn’t replace it with a new one. That’s it in our 3 day stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we won’t be coming back.

My one issue that I encountered was not having my two rooms cleaned well. They only dumped trash cans,never changed the towels or the sheets. Never even made up the bed. For the price of the two rooms you would expect better.

Check in was excellent!!! Andres J. Provided excellent customer service and gave us valuable advice that ensured our 4 night stay was exceptional! Housekeeping ensured that our room had fresh towels daily! Overall a pleasant experience!!!
