Uber is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, please be quiet during 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbor. City collects Trash on Tuesday, please move three trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, good for 5 cars include RV. Street Parking Not allowed and will get ticket with $40 fine. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

Home away from home
We had a group of 9 mixed ages. The house was more than enough room for all of us. Not too bad as far as distance to Downtown Disney. Roger is a great host with great communication. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly. Great property if you have children.

Quick Disneyland Vacation
This property was exactly as described on website. While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house other than to sleep (because we were at Disneyland and California Adventure the three days we stayed), the beds were great after long days on our feet at the parks. We LOVED how close and easy of a walk it was to Disney tram. We traveled with our adult children, and there was plenty of space for the seven of us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back for a visit.

VRBO near Disney
We planned a Disney trip and stayed for 3 nights. My kids brought their partners and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom. It was an easy Uber ride which saved us money from parking. We made breakfast in the morning to save us a meal at the park. Great place and I would stay. again!

Great location with 2 master suites
My sister and I travelled with our adult children and a couple of their girlfriends. The house with 2 master suites and 2 other bedrooms was perfect. Lots of towels and extra bedding. We used the hot tub every day and the pool a couple of times. Very convenient to walk to Mickey & Friends parking lot and the shuttle to the parks. The square footage was great for 7 people to not feel crowded. We could have stayed closer for a little bit less but would have given up the extra space.

Excellent place for extended family and easy walk to Downtown Disney and Park .
We enjoyed the Walnut street home for a short trip to Disneyland with our adult children and grandkids. Perfect place to relax after long days at the park with plenty of space for us to spread out and garage area for the kids to burn off energy. Kitchen is well stocked providing pans utensils etc to prepare breakfast each day. Roger was super communicative and provided us with ideas for grocery store etc. It was about a mile walk each day to the center of downtown Disney . If you are. planning a trip with multi generations in tow , this home provides plenty of beds for all and we did notice high chairs and strollers ( we did not need) for little ones. We did not use the hot tub or pool but are thinking of returning at a warmer time of year to enjoy those amenities .Thank you Roger for allowing us to enjoy your property for our mini vacation .

Overall stay was fantastic, there was some bubbling on the flooring that could cause hazards with inattentive persons but wasn't a big deal for our group, general communication was phenomenal with the owner, Was able to drop off bags before check-in time in the garage which was a huge help with our timelines Would stay again.

The Perfect Family Location For Disney
This was one of the best VRBO experiences you could ask for. The home was spacious, clean, supplied with amenities for a casual stay and a great space for large families (we had a party of 8). One of the major highlights was the host’s impressive communication style and thoughtfulness throughout our trip! The best part is the close proximity to Disney! Another Disney Family Vacation
I think this is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Roger’s property. The space and location are perfect for my large family with little ones. The home is stocked with what we need. My grandson locked a bedroom door and Roger answered immediately with where to find the way to unlock it. I used the kitchen to cook breakfast a couple of times and had all the supplies needed. We were able to walk to and from Disneyland very quickly and easily. We will likely stay here again in the future.
