This place is really nice offering a free parking, this is huge if you are driving your own car, it’s not to luxury but really affordable and also they have rooms with up to 4 beds, great for large family, it’s only a block away to Disneyland and DCA. You can get Many amenities on the street.

I am a second time rental to this property. The first time was clean, room in good condition and amenities were limited. This last trip I was put in a room that clearly looked like it needed repair work to be done. The room was not cleaned very well and the linens were not worth of a hotel for the price paid. The amenities were the same as the last time however the refrigerator needed attention. I will not book this room again

Property is very outdated. It was clean but not clean - like bedding was clean but you can see the walls were really dirty. No counter space at all in the bathroom, just a sink so very inconvenient. The shower was not a tub but a stall that was about as small as probably legally allowed to be (I am not a large person by any means and barely had enough room). The room was also very small, just enough space to walk around the bed so having 3 adults with suitcases in the room was very tricky. The mattresses have probably never been replaced as there were very obvious indents on each side of the bed where people would sit on the side of the bed so when trying to sleep you felt like you were going to roll off the bed. Until some updates are made I would not return to this hotel.

There were lights that shined through the windows and could not make the curtains so it would not come through, the water took 10 minutes to get warm for a shower, the pool was cloudy, and there was a dirty sock left in our room that wasn’t ours.

The ceiling looked like it gor damaged by the rain and they only patched and left it as it is. They need to remodel the whole building

Walking distance to Disney with free parking. Not a fancy motel so you get what you pay for. We were looking for a convenient place to walk to Disney and this hotel did the job. The property is a bit rough around the edges, but we weren't expecting the Hilton based on the price. Even though we were near to main roads, the room was quiet.

This place needs a serious renovation. Our room is old and dirty, under the bed is dusty and dirty, the bed is old as heck, there was no tv on the second room. The door looks like the fBI been kicking in it. If you look at the pictures there was 2 lamps but no lamps at all. The whole room is disgusting. But the area is very convenient. It’s just the place it’s not worth your money. I will never stay here if I were you. Don’t waste your time and money.I should have take pictures.

We recently discovered this hotel. We did find it damp inside the room this time for some reason but over all we loved the hotel. Room 116 does need a new microwave but thats minor.
