Our checkin was super easy… we arrived earlier than planned, but within 20min, they had a room ready. The front desk girl was extremely helpful in reserving a taxi for the next morning and in helping us with our map! Great experience and we would stay there again!

The hotel can be difficult to find the first time as signage needs improvement. There are good local restaurants within walking distance if the on-site restaurant is closed. Breakfast was available.

Extremely quaint hotel! Close to Central station and walkable to the cruise port terminal. It was tidy. The rooms were small, but adequate! I was able to get around using my power chair in the room. Definitely do not miss eating in their attached restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast and supper there. Advantageous to have detailed instructions to get to the hotel. My life is better having found this boutique hotel!

Be careful staying here. This is not a hotel with hotel services. In addition, our bed had hair and small black flecks in it. The good points for the property are lower cost, quiet, and relatively centrally located. This was nice. Overall, though, we did not enjoy our stay. 1. This does not have a normal check in process. It is all supposed to be by email/electronic with your key sent to your phone by email. Ours never arrived. The front desk is also only open until 6PM. There is very little service except for emergency phone numbers and a bot to assist after this. 2. The bot mentioned above, despite being advertised as where to get help when the front desk is closed, gave error messages adn could not connect. 3. The hotel furnishings are relatively new ikea branded or ikea proximate products. Our mattress was an ikea mattress. 4. In addition to hair in teh bed, our pillowcases had stains on them. They appeared to be laundered but the stains did not come out. 5. The hotel is located behind a locked gate. Check in instructions say to notify them that you need to be brought in by car or taxi so you can get a gate code. We notified them more than 4 hours in advance when the front desk was open, no gate code was received. We attempted to use the chat function (separate from the ai driven function above) and received no response. We then had to walk with our luggage from the gate to the military/marine complex, past several buildings, to the property.
