Very confusing since there are 3 Ibis hotels near the airport and we didn't know that so had to wait 40 minutes for the bus to come back around and take us to the correct one. Not enough outlets to charge devices. Step up into the bathroom a trip hazard. Not enough pillows. No wash cloth. Clean and convenient.

This Ibis Styles only had every second shuttle service that was on the pick up and drop off times for the 3 Ibis hotels which I wasn’t aware of (the other 2 had all services). The shuttle bus was so full leaving the airport we couldn’t get on it and it was an hours wait for the next one. We caught a standard bus instead. Plus side we were the first pick up going to the airport the next day.

The free shuttle bus is a joke. We waited 90 minutes for it at sitport. Note there are 3 IBIS hotel on the Free Shuttle route. We got off at the wrong one. Ended up taking Uber to correct hotel instead of waiting an hour for next shuttle. Otherwise everything else Ewa fine and as expected for an airport hotel. .

I understand you need fire doors to go to rooms 30-39, but the double white doors from the lobby to the hallway are a pain in the backside if you have to go through with suitcases. I wish you could find another solution for them

We like our stay because it is not too far from the airport and it was not really crowded compared to the other Ibis ( Blue and Res). We would be definitely stay again and recommend to friends and relatives.

Highly recommend Ibis Styles.Staff were all so friendly and helpful,lovely comfy bed,amazing shower.Had the best two nights sleep,so quiet.Shuttle from and up to airport very punctual,drivers also very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here next time i'm in Amsterdam.
