SUMMARY
A unique family apartment with two bedrooms, a spacious living room and a large garden.
Located in Amsterdam West, it has public transport at easy reach and it is at walking distance from many city attractions.
This apartment is our family's regular residency; we rent it out exclusively when we leave for holidays.
Extra care for our belongings is required.

DESCRIPTION
This is a spacious ground-floor apartment with just two small steps before the main entrance. It is composed by:
- a large living room with a spacious and fully-furnished kitchen with a glasshouse facing the private garden;
- a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, located on a lower level and reachable by an internal staircase (from the apartment entrance hall);
- a children's room with a bunk bed (two regular-size single beds - three beds if needed), ideal for children (with toys and books);
- main bathroom with bathtub and shower;

- a 60-meter sunny garden with an extra dining table and outdoor couch, as well as some great toys for kids.

It's a quite unique apartment for Amsterdam, located in a wonderful and trendy neighbourhood (close to De Hallen - Amsterdam food court). In about 10 minutes walking distance, visitors can reach the famous neighbourhood Jordaan and the very centre of the city in just 15 minutes walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible on the corner street and we have a bike shop two doors further where you can rent a bike or a bakfiets.

There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, iron equipment, iMac/TV and many other facilities available.
