My first room smelled musty like old water so I asked to change rooms. The lady at the front was very accommodating about this. The room I was moved to- one of the light bulbs next tot he bed was burnt out, the to toilet wouldn’t stop running, none of the counters or bed stands had been wiped down. This was the second smtjme I have stayed here and my first stay months ago was awesome. Thats why I rebooked but will it stay here again.

The bathroom was not clean. Breakfast and the restaurant were not available. The room was decent. But it was very very overpriced for what was available. Had I known the breakfast and restaurant wasn't going to be available I would not have stayed here.

The staff were very polite, helpful and courteous. My wife and I would like to give particular credit to the front desk attendant Kelly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for all of our requests.

Overall it was an okay property. The rooms were older and more run down than the images would have you believe. The pool was cool which was disappointing as it was the reason we chose this property to take our young son swimming.

One of the things we look for when booking is if the hotel has a bar/lounge. We do that so when we are far from home and want to have a few drinks, we don't have to worry about transportation. This hotel shows a bar/lounge as one of the amenities and even has a photo of it on their website. The bar/lounge is closed and has been for quite some time. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have booked elsewhere. This is clearly false advertising and it's misleading. The room was "OK", the sheets for the sofabed had stains on them and the bathroom fan didn't work. They advertise breakfast, but it was $12 for scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and a slice of bacon. Definitely will not book with this location ever again.
