This is a lovely romantic, traditional cottage tucked away close to the church in Chapel Stile, which is a few miles from Ambleside and Grasmere. The property has been fully refurbished to a high standard, with an open plan ground floor, and a lovely large bedroom on the 1st floor with en-suite shower room and also a roll-top bath to relax in.

The tasteful decor and soft furnishings together with the wood burning stove and under floor heating help to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The luxurious double bedroom with a king-size bed features a vaulted beamed ceiling, this room is filled with character and leads to an en-suite shower room with under floor heating.  The roll top bath is perfect for long hot soaks after a days walking, while overlooking the Langdale Fells. The village of Chapel Stile is the gateway to the beautiful Langdale Valley with some of the most dramatic scenery in the Lakes, offering a wealth of walking opportunities.
