This was a good hotel. It was clean, and the service was good. We were only disappointed at the Front Desk person who took care of us when we arrived, this lady was not very nice. But everyone else was polite and helpful.

It is a good option to be a few days
I went to Ambato because of job issues. The hotel received me with an early check in without additional fees, I appreciated it. The location is perfect to work there, because you have all important buildings close.

Excellent location and super friendly staff
Hotel is ideally located in the heart of downtown Ambato, within close walking distance to the Cathedral, main market, and a couple of parks. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting activities and offering restaurant recommendations. This was the perfect location for experiencing Carnival!

I take a bad desicion
I made a reservation through Expedia.com ,surprise for me when I arrive they did not have my reservation nor bedrooms , they thought I was lying to them because at that time did not have whit me the booking sheet , I left the hotel and went to pull the blade reservation ,so when they looked the reservation just said sorry we don't have any room available

El hotel muy bonito y limpio, de igual manera las habitaciones. Me gusto mucho los atentos que fueron a mi llegada, con la ayuda para parquear el auto y cuando lo dejaba con el valet y de igual manera cuando lo recibía.
