"Horrible experience. There is no front desk, just a piece of paper with a phone number to call, and they take forever to answer. We couldn’t sleep because of a strong, unpleasant smell, and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. When I called to request a room change, they just said 'sorry' and hung up on me. Stay away from this hotel. It’s a complete lack of respect for the customer."
Chock full of Section 8 people who are not just good natured families in need. It's straight ghetto.

I reserved a room on Christmas Day. And I got there At 11 pm only to find out that there were no clean rooms .this was very opposite of the first time I stayed there. The girl at the front office didn’t even try helping at all . Ma and my wife were so tired. All the girl said was nothing she could do. , and we got billed for this room , and now I can’t get a refund. . Very bad service. .
All in all a pretty good experience. Just a one night stop over on a road trip. Good value, pleasant staff. The only real negative was the hard mattress.
Room was good sized and offered a full fridge and kitchenette. However the Kitchenette did not have any service items at all and upon check in the remote and microwave had greasy fingerprints. Check in staff was nice and friendly but there is no room or desk service at all. Elevator was a great help. Our visit was fair.

Second not like the first
Second time wasn’t like the first. Looked like no one cleaned since the last time I was there. Sticky stuff on the elevator floor. Carpet in the hall looked dirty. Halls stank from someone smoking weed one floor down. My room was fairly clean, but not totally. And this kitchen had none of the items you might need (unlike the last one). Don’t know if I got lucky the first time or unlucky the second, but I probably won’t be back.

Expedia and woodsprings both need to figure out how to communicate better, or not use third parties if they are unable to keep information updated. There’s nothing worse than booking a room, expecting to be able to check in after a 10hr drive with a toddler only to be told there are no rooms and nothing they are willing to do to help you. Only suggestion was to contact the third party (expedia) which you have to jump through hoops to get ahold of. Be informed yes we took your money instantly, but you have to wait 2 weeks to get it back even tho its no fault of yours, that we over booked with no communication with the hotel before taking your money. Luckily I paid that insurance thing that was offered because I wouldn’t have been able to get any kind of refund even tho this wasnt my fault. The lady at the check in counter was so nonchalant because why does she care, who is affected by their poor communication with third parties they allow to make reservations for them. Nobody gives a damn because they got aomewhere to lay they head to rest and now money they didn’t even attempt to earn. I will most definitely be spreading the word as much as possible to NEVER reserve a room at this hotel as well as to NEVER book through expedia. You ALL are TRASH for this!
