Again? We were charged twice. Once from Expedia and again from holiday inn Express call center? Who knows! No one can tell me who to contact. When we got there they sent us 10 miles out of the way on icy roads following the map on the web page GPS. Then there was no where to park because of the ice conditions (48 hours after the storm). A lot of construction crews staying there ( which was fine) but trucks taking up to 5 parking spaces. We finally parked a good distance away and walked to the back side in the snow and ice only to find that the key card didn't work. Again walked to the front in the ice and finally got to the room to be treated by dirty diapers in the cupboard next to the fridge. All the front desk did is to tell us they would write it down! Good grief. We are both in our 70's. Uncalled for all of it!! And being charged twice????

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was good. Only draw back was from a recent snow storm. Parking lot not plowed and over the course of a few days it was packed to solid ice. Difficult to maneuver and quit dangerous to walk to the building.

Always the Best
These are the best hotels with FREE Breakfast. Very Clean and comfortable. We chose a handicap room to get a bit more expansion and it was gigantic. While not all HIE are low cost, this particular one was priced right. We'll always use these when we can.

Way too noisy
I only stayed one night and it was the loudest room I’ve ever been in. The walls are thin and I could hear stomping in the hallways and above me. I could even hear a man snoring and a dog barking. If anyone entered their room near mine, the doors would slam shut and my bed literally vibrated every time. I don’t usually complain about hotels but this was the worst night sleep on the road I’ve ever had and I had to drive 9 hours the next day. I left a few hours earlier than I had planned because I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. I was excited and exhausted when I got there but the middle of the night was awful.
