To begin with the parking lot was closed for repaving, the pool was closed, the onsite cafe was closed... so basically everything you want in a hotel was not available. As far as the room goes, the key card reader didn't work, the refrigerator was set to zero so the food I brought in went to waste and my air conditioner condensation line was clogged so half of the room's carpet was soaked. On the bright side, they were renovating so future travelers might get to take advantage of a nice parking lot, cafe, pool and a functional room. It was also very close to a large variety of restaurants.

Property was being renovated but not informed on web site. Parking lot closed, had been slurried. Pool was closed, restaurant closed. Lobby no air conditioning. Room was lovely and person who checked us in was lovely. There was another Marriot property a 100 yards away. We should have been informed of the extent of the condition of the hotel.

Disgusted!
This anniversary trip was booked over a month ago. There was no warning that it was or would be under construction. Upon arrival, there were painters in the entry way and paint was dripping upon us. Upon entering the room, there were no towels and front desks response was "there is a towel shortage, guess I'll have to dry a load of towels." The entire 1st floor was empty! Then, with no warning we were charged $20 for parking when it is an open lot between hotels and restaurants! This charge was not in the information on booking though we were told "it is in the policy." Will never use it again and it has tainted our overall impression of all Courtyard by Marriott hotels.

When booking this hotel stay one of the reasons we picked.This hotel was for the breakfast that was included. However there was no breakfast not even a continental breakfast. No other than that everything was phenomenal.

Disappointed! We specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool.It was closed for construction. We came for a convention so all other hotels were booked and we had no choice but to stay. I have an undiagnosed nerve condition (currently a patient at The Mayo Clinic) and was looking for a comfortable hotel to continue water therapy. We didn't even have a tub in the room. We feel that the website should have been updated and feel like it was false advertising. We paid extra for the amenities advertised. The front desk was nice, however there was no attempt to solve the problem/ issue. This is not good business, and think the Marriott name has been tainted. Very disappointed!

This property is heavily under construction. The pool is out of service. The front desk told us to call other hotels and see if they’d let us come swim at their pools. The pullout bed linens were not in the room and when I called to inquire, the front desk told me to come get them. The “Bistro” is just a Starbucks inside, and the “made to order breakfast available until 10a” was not available at all. No food options, even at the Starbucks counter. The rooms were fairly nice once you got inside them, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they finish their renovations. I expected significantly more from a Marriott property, and the value was way under the cost of the room. Maybe they’ll be done next year?

Place under construction, which was not reported to me. Apparently place was overbooked and we did not get rooms requested - again not reported. The person at desk was polite and understanding but she took the brunt of unhappy customers. Felt bad for her. The rooms we got were nice and I'm happy place is being renovated but there should have been better communication

Not a good stay. The total came out to 100 dollars more than what was on hotels.com. They charged fees for everything. Hotel was an absolute mess and construction zone. The tiles in the bathroom were all busted up and the shower had an open and used bar of soap in it. Will. It be staying there again.

Property is undergoing construction which is good that it will probably be a lot nicer soon…..lots of construction, and the halls smelled horrible when we were there. Got into the room where it also smelled and the AC was super noisy that it kept me up most of the night.

Horrible experience
The Pool was closed during our stay. Renovations were happening, so half the parking lot was taken by supplies. Several windows were boarded up. The lobby and the hallways were a total mess with debris on the floor. Several light fixure were just dangling or only exposed wire. So disappointing with it being a Marriott Hotel.

Under renovation and unknown at booking. Terrible conditions for the price and towels were super old and thin. Motel 6 Quality or less. Not Marriott standards.

Renovations!!
This hotel is going through renovations. Pool was closed. There is not a restaurant inside. Breakfast lounge only. The elevator is rickety and doesn’t always take you to the correct floor. There were at least 6 key cards left in our room from previous tenants. But the shower head was amazing! And the beds were super comfortable. It was ok for a night when passing through town.
