The price was good and the room very clean. A lamp was crooked from damage. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but no one was around for refills.

DOUBLE BOOKED INTO SOMEONE ELSE’S ROOM
When we initially checked in, we were sent to a room on the third floor. We opened the door with our key and realized that somebody’s belongings were already in this room. Awkward! Embarrassing! So we went back down to check in and they gave us another room. Have to do better than that – unacceptable.

Night time attendant inappropriate
The facility itself was good. The night attendent (arrived after midnight) was totally trashed out, saying inappropriate things, making me feel unsafe and scared. Not sure if I should leave and find somewhere else to stay. He kept going into the side room to vape, making inappropriate comments and basically just out of his mind. Was obviously high on something. Took a long time to get checked in, wrong room keys, gave me a key to another guest's room. He is a possible risk to safety.

Employees were not very pleasant from the front desk to maid staff. You can hear everything around your room, running water, footsteps, etc. hard to sleep. Breakfast was alright but the seating area is way too small. It is moderately priced for the area which is the only reason to stay here.

Other reviews had us worried. We came in at 10:30 after booking the room online and we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff were very kind, and quickly got us to our room. The room itself was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable with 4 pillows per bed of various softnesses and firmness. We loved the breakfast buffet and were very pleased with the variety as we have multiple food allergies within our family. Our stay was great!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. We were looking forward to the hot tub, but it was only tepid when we got in. I contacted the front desk and a maintenance man was there within minutes. He got it warmed up and it was wonderful. I appreciate the quick response.
