Property is in transition with renovation happening yet staff and condition were still very accommodating. We had an unplanned 24 hour stay due to a major winter storm but were pleasantly surprised at our experience. Great price for the value as well.

Not wonderful.
The room was clean. It was plain. The hallway was not well lit. There were a lot of big water stains on the ceiling in the hallway. The parking lot was covered with snow and ice. There was a huge dumpster in the parking lot, full, and it had old furniture in the snow around it. They were remodeling some area of the hotel. I could hear work being done above me beginning about 9:00 am.

Remodeled rooms are clean. I do worry about the windows, which have no guards and are at knee height....it's a fatal accident waiting to happen! Just a simple trip or stumble and it's going to be awful. So be extra careful. I'm really surprised this isn't against regulations/building codes.

We picked up food to-go, to eat in our room. We had our own drinks but needed ice. After trying all the ice machines on all four floors, I called the front desk and was told that all ice machines were non working. Our food was cold by the time we ate. This would have been good information to share upon check-in.

Check-in was simple. The original room reserved had a heater that did not work. Fortunately there was a room still available to move us into. We had to have help getting the TV to work. The cords in the back were not sufficiently plugged in. About 9:00 pm the hearter in this room quit, too. We did not notify the front desk. Tried to reset but nothing worked. No ice. Breakfast is good and staff did a good job keeping the eating area clean.

It was fine. Sleeper sofa in such a large living space could be much larger: mattress on sleeper sofa cheap and older, can feel every spring. Bed in main room was comfortable. Faucet handle that controls shower ‘clicks’ between hot, warm, and cold - made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature without being too hot/cold. Breakfast bar OK; eggs are powdered and coffee could be better. Overall I’d say it was OK for what we paid.
