Perfect for short or long stay when passing though or visiting Dalsland.

Good location with friendly staff.
Great value for money.
Rooms facing highway have a fair amount of road noise, no air conditioning so not able to shut off noise (does have an air vent window, only one floor so did not want to leave main window open). Good breakfast and scenic breakfast room. Very clean, friendly staff. Not much else in area but a good overnight stay. Would stay again.
Vi valde ert hotell utifrån informationen på er hemsida, där det tydligt framgick att både café och restaurang skulle vara tillgängliga under vår vistelse. Vid ankomst upptäckte vi dock att dessa faciliteter var stängda på grund av personalbrist, utan att detta hade kommunicerats till oss i förväg. Detta orsakade oss stor olägenhet då vi hade planerat att kunna äta och dricka på plats.
Dessutom noterade vi att receptionen var obemannad efter klockan 16, och att det inte fanns någon personal på plats under kvällen för att assistera oss med frågor eller eventuella behov. Denna brist på service var både förvånande och frustrerande, särskilt eftersom vi hade förväntat oss en högre standard av kundservice.
