Es war alles bestätigt. Und dann kam einen Tag vor Ankunft ein Anruf: „es tut uns leid, aber wir haben keine Zimmer mehr. Ciao“ Hands off!

Absolut unprofessionell - keine Rezeption oder Empfang als solches, auf privater Rufnummer nur ein "hallo". Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht fertig (15 Uhr) Besteht darauf, ein benutztes Zimmer zu zeigen, Kommentar "die letzten Gäste waren nicht schlimm, das Putzen dauert nicht so lange" Vielen Dank auch - die Reinigung sieht man jedenfalls nicht. Keine Kartenzahlung, Kein Wechselgeld, der Rechnung muss man hinterherlaufen

Die Ausstattung für diesen Preis ist schlecht. Kein Stuhl, kein Trinkwasser, keine Seife, keine Licht am Bett, dunkle Bettwäsche. Außerdem mussten wir bar bezahlen, obwohl die kreditkarte hinterlegt war.
