Staff was not friendly at all. I felt like I was disturbing her because I needed to checkin. I asked about WiFi working because I had a zoom call (conference) which I needed to be on & the front desk agent was very rude answering. When I checked in my room the couch was stained & ripped. I’m used to traveling a lot & understand wear & tear in places but there comes a time when things need to be replaced.

Stayed to be close by delgresso amusement park. The hotel is only 10 mins from the park. Room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff let us stay til 1 with no extra charge. I really appreciated that!! Breakfast was okay. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels and yogurt.

Not what I was expecting
The bed was comfortable but the cleanliness in the room was not great. The lamps were dusty, the AC was loud when turning off and also dirty. Old food from previous guests in the microwave. Breakfast was not great, all weekend was boiled eggs and limited breakfast. We had worms in our room, I didn't mind much because they don't bite they are innocent but I had to keep everything close like my backpack. Bathroom was somewhat clean but it was spider webs behind the door. Overall it wasn't too bad but not great.

Great Stay
The hotel was a bit out of the shopping area but it was very quiet which we grew to appreciate after a three day stay. The room was huge, bed comfortable, breakfast had all we needed to get us through to supper. The hotel staff were excellent.
