O atendimento da recepção foi excelente todas as vezes em que precisamos de algo. Infelizmente, a equipe da cozinha não era nem um pouco simpática. Sobre a condição do quarto, era exatamente como o informado. Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi na limpeza do quarto. Notei que não estavam limpando embaixo da cama, havendo muita sujeira antiga no local. Ainda assim, recomendo muito o local, pois tem uma vista maravilhosa, muitos pássaros e vista das montanhas próximas.

Boa opção para conhecer a Chapada dos Veadeiros
A estadia foi muito boa. O Hotel está localizado próximo a avenida principal, mas em uma rua mais afastada do comércio e do burburinho. O café da manhã do hotel é muito bom e variado, com muitos produtos artesanais como pães e geleias. Os quartos tem uma estrutura Ok e a limpeza e arrumação é diária.

Pousada agradável, porém muito desorganizada
Pousada agradável e bom café da manhã, porém muito desorganizada. Antes da hospedagem a pousada me enviou uma mensagem perguntando se eu poderia trocar de quarto para acomodarem uma pessoa que tinha necessidades especiais. Para fazer a troca me ofereceram um upgrade e me encaminharam uma foto do chalé que eu ficaria. Quando cheguei na pousada percebi que o chalé não era o da foto. Pelo contrário, era um chalé bem pior do que o chalé que eu reservei pelo hoteis.com. Reclamei na recepção e após 2 dias me transferiram para um chalé semelhante ao que haviam prometido. Viajei com amigos e várias pessoas do grupo tiveram problemas com a falta de organização da pousada.

Excelentes acomodações num local bastante aprazível ( cheio de árvores, flores e fauna da região incluindo araras Canindé). E o serviço da pousada é ótimo também.

Local lindo, limpo, tranquilo, florido. Sempre quis me hospedar neste hotel. Utilizei minha noite de recompensa do hoteis.com. E voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel sim!

A pousada é confortável, café da manhã simples porem bem servido ficamos sem energina no primeiro dia, mas eles ofereceram pra trocar o quarto, eu que não aceitei pois já estava instalada. A questão foi pagar no aplicativo e mesmo assim ser cobrada na entrada e na saída tendo que imprimir o meu comprovante de reserva pra provar que paguei, se eles oferecem a opção de fazer a reserva no site da hotéis.com deveriam conferir no aplicativo e não ficar cobrando as pessoas indevidamente. Segunda vez que me hospedei a primeira vez foi muito agradável fui atendida pela dona uma senhora japonesa, mas essa vez deixou a desejar em todos os atendimentos.
