Was not happy that upon arriving the pool/hot tub/sauna was closed for maintenance. This should have been flagged when reserving our room so we could make a choice then. We booked purely for the pool for our kids

NOT GOOD
My family and I stayed there to beat the weather that was coming in from across the state. I got a room here because everything else was sold out, definitely wasn't my first choice. On their website there was no mention of the pool being out of service. My 7 year old was heart broken when we walked down to the pool in our swim gear only to see that the pool and hot tub were drained. Besides from the pool being out of service the room was janky at best, however the beds were comfortable. There were kids and adults yelling and screaming outside our room in the hall all night. Over all it was not a good experience. The price was high but there weren't any other options. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I had booked a room with a hot tub as depicted in the photographs of the room on the website. After days of physical exertion, it was the one thing I was looking forward to. The front desk clerk was not too communicative (probably a bit of a language barrier) but was able to do the check-in. When we arrived in the room, it did not have a hot tub, but rather the space where the hot tub was. I did not want to fight it so we just took what was offered. The room was not dirty, but I can see where no deep cleaning took place in a long time - dirty vent covers, dust build up in corners, and rust on chrome bathroom fixtures. The room had a good refrigerator and TV. The bed and pillows were fine. Linens appeared to be clean. It looked like a property that had some renovations, but the job was only partly done. lots of evidence of old paint and slapdash touch up.

When I checked in I had a guy standing right behind me and the lady at the desk said my room number outloud. I was also signing a paper that had my full name and address on it, I signed and quickly flipped it over, I almost went back up to change rooms. Right away I didnt feel safe, that should definitely be addressed. My room is right by the vending machine that woke me up everytime someone used it, theres a good gap at the bottom of the door so any noise in the hallway I can hear loud and clear. Everytime the air goes on it woke me up from its weird sound it made. I am staying here for business and now I am exhausted. Overall, I did not get any sleep and will be looking for a different hotel next time.
