I’m very disappointed with Expedia. They had my room booked as a double king with a hot tub and I was given a single bed. I returned to the desk and was told they don’t even have a room like that. The staff did get us a room with 2 beds.

Dirtiest Hotel I've Ever Been To.
This place is disgusting. Should literally be shut down for numerous health code violations. Upon check in at 1:15 AM I immediately called the front desk and asked them to change my room as it smelled really bad. They said they had no more rooms. I noticed bugs flying around, I went to sleep. Woke up the next morning found hair and blood or some kind of body fluids in the shower, heavy mold on the wall under the A/C unit, dead and live bugs everywhere. See photos. The room looks NOTHING like the photos on their advertisement. I don't know how they have such a good rating. Place is dangerous, and a health hazard. Disgusting.
Room stinks of mold, found the wall rotting away from air conditioner leaking.
This is how the shower was left. Someone else's hair, and some kind of body fluids.
Plenty of bugs, both live and dead.

The swimming pool was either extremely dirty or stained. And there was stuff floating on the water. The A/C unit in the room was covered with dirt and smelled of mold. We kept the window open when we could. The whole place needs to have a good airing out. There was no table in our room. We had to eat on the bed. All of this is fixable if the staff would take the time to do it.

Micro wave dis not work, we had a baby with us, so, inconvenient to go to breakfast room for use. Did not even offer to pull one from another room. TV was terrible, crackle and fuzzy not good connection at all. And room was not getting cool, so, we cleaned the filter ourselves!

The blonde lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The floors is the room were unsafe. The light/fan in the bathroom was old and very noisy. The TV wasn't working properly (they blamed it on Charter). The whole motel was old and needed updating, especially the pool area. Spend a little more and go somewhere else!

Enjoyed our stay bed was really comfortable but very tall I'm short and it was a little challenging getting in the bed. But hotel was clean and quiet. I think the staff was having a bad day they tried to be friendly but it seemed very forced.
