Logement tres spacieux, tres confortable, avec une superbe vue sur mer et disposant d'une piscine tres spacieuse. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir l'Andalousie.

Valt tegen
Mooi uitzicht echter viel het appartement behoorlijk tegen. De bedden zijn keihard waardoor we slecht sliepen. Inboedel en spullen zijn behoorlijk verouderd. Het appartement houdt veel warmte vast binnen waardoor het eigenlijk niet te doen is zonder airco. Vaatwasser werkte niet waardoor we de helft van de tijd zonder vaatwasser zaten, we mochten de vaatwasser gebruiken van het de benedenverdieping echter sloegen daar de stoppen steeds door na gebruik vaatwasser. Het betreft een appartement en geen huis zoals vermeld wordt in de advertentie! De “tuin” is verloederd en lastig te bereiken waardoor we er geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met buren en met de huurders beneden. Hé

Schitterend uitzicht en alles bij de hand
Heerlijk verblijf. Rustig en prachtig gelegen net buiten Almuñécar bovenop berg met fantastisch uitzicht. Ideaal als je met auto bent. Huis met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Fijn en schoon zwembad bovendien. Geen airco maar huis is koel genoeg en met fans prima nachten gehad ook.

Bien la casa estupenda las vistas también . Pero siempre hay un pero.. Las camas individuales son un horror. No se puede con tanto muelle suelto. (cambie los colchones por favor) y 2cosita la ducha no sale casi agua caliente. La batidora no funciona la TV. Se ve a rayas de ves en cuando. Y ya está..

Relax with an amazing view in Almunecar
Im Allgemeinen war das Objekt komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, das man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten und Badezimmer sind ok. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ok und die Kommunikation top! Allerdings ist es kein Haus, sondern eine Wohnung mit einem Gemeinschaftsgarten, der durch einen Schotterweg getrennt ist und sehr schwer begehbar, da eine steile Treppe ohne Befestigung in den Garten führt. Für mich ein großes plus, dass mein Hund mit durfte, allerdings eignet sich das Grundstück nur für Hunde, die nicht davon laufen, da es offen zur Strasse ist. Jetzt im Winter war ich der einzigste Gast und für mich optimal zur Erholung, da es absolut ruhig ist und mit dem Blick zum entspannen einlädt.

Toll Famillien Urlaub
Wir haben eine sehr erholsam Urlaub in diese Haus verbracht. Wunderbach Aufsicht direkt von den Balkon, große Schwimmbad nur für uns wo unsere Kind schwimmen gelernt hat. Haus sehr gut ausgestaltet, mit Waschmaschine und spühlmachine. Sehr schön garten um zu sich erholen. Einzigen klein Nachteil die Treppen zwischen Wohnung und garten und Schwimmbad, da das Haus auf ein Berg liegt sind mehrere Etage um alles zu erreichen. Für behindern und Altere Leute eventuell ein probleme sein kann. Vielen danke an Claudine die uns sehr gut willkommen hat.

Muy a gusto,
Muy a gusto, casa sin lujos pero cómoda, excepto algun colchon. Nos gustaron mucho las vistas y la tranquilidad del entorno. Estuvimos casi solos en la urbanización y eso es un lujo. La propietaria estuvo muy amable en el trato.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht, nicht weit vom Meer, der ist hier richtig. Super Wetter. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, gleich neben an Garten und Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
