The other pool, located on the upper level, remains open and conditioned throughout the year except in case of maintenance, in which case they are scheduled in a short period of the low season The sun loungers are free. The landscaped patio located in one wing of the house and the terrace with barbecue in the other, with the kitchen and living room between them make it ideal for a relaxing holiday without space problems. The four rooms are located on the second and third levels, counting the main bedroom, very spacious, with another terrace and double bathroom (bathtub plus shower). Apart has another bathroom and a toilet distributed on each level. Insulation and soundproofing with double double glazing. Hot and cold air conditioning, TV and satellite channels in several languages. The beds are of very good quality to sleep without problems. Chouette maison
Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances dans une chouette région. La maison est parfaite et très propre. La fournitures est très bien. La piscine est très proche mais dommage qu'elle n'ouvre qu'a 11 heures. Le propriétaire est très serviable et agréable. Le seule petit point que nous avons regretté est qu'il n'y avait pas de jardin

Una estancia muy agradable
El alojamiento cumplía con las espectativas. En todo momento el dueño de la casa ha estado atento y se ha portado genial con nosotros. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada y contaba con todo lo necesario para poder pasar un fin de semana tranquilo. Es verdad, que para ir a la playa es necesario coger el coche, pues para ir andando queda un poco lejos y se ecuentra en una zona elevada. Aún así, ha sido un placer y queremos dar la enhorabuena a Miguel, el dueño de la casa por la cantidad de recomendaciones acertadas que nos hizo sobre lugares que no te puedes perder en Almuñecar.
