Very disappointed that the pool advertised was “closed for the season “. It is an indoor pool and we stayed there so our grandkids could come and swim. There was nothing stating this before we checked in. Also disappointed in the pet fee. We are used to places that welcome pets and don’t have fees.

They didnt originally have the room i ordred on line with the terris ,i did get one tho the pool was not available, and my reservation had 2 free continental breakfast, they wanted to charge me and it was very expensive so i didnt get that either there was people knocking on the door next door all nite so no sleep either i geel like i should be compensated, i wil never book there again

This hotel had great, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The bed was awesome. In fact the only complaint is that I picked it because of its indoor pool but the pool was "closed for the season." This was not reflected on the Expedia listing. I don't know what season is relevant--it's indoors! Do you know what it's like when you promise your child a pool and he can see it through the glass but you tell him he can't go in it? Epic fail.
