Highly recommend staying here!
I am very happy to have stayed at the Holiday Inn Lansdale. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly; the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean; I felt safe on the property; and it's location is convenient and accessible. I was especially impressed with the refillable shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap containers and other efforts to reduce waste. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thanksgiving Overnight.
It was a good choice for a one night stay with family for Thanksgiving. Some of us chose the breakfast buffet. The waitress was great. I don’t remember her name but she was the only one working on 11/29/24. She was friendly, kind and courteous to all. Only issue we had was that the bar was closed. We wanted to have drinks after we got back from dinner but had to opt for drinks from the Royal Market. I would recommend this hotel. Just bring your wines if it’s a holiday.

Very basic amenity like TV service does not exist. Front desk agent said he was unable to contact a service provider. When I asked for a partial refund for the night, I was told to take it up with Expedia to take the issue up with them. So, never again with Expedia and never again with Holiday Inns.

The suite was lovely and clean, bed was comfortable. Decor was plain, which was fine. The only thing is it was not ready (completely cleaned) for check in at 4:30 until around 5pm. We were comped breakfast for this but honestly the breakfast was very disappointing.

For a holiday inn, this location is older and needs a remodel. It maybe older, BUT its super clean. Me and my wife did a room inspection at check in. It was super clean! Not even a crumb in the chair when I pulled the cushion out. The fridge didnt stay very cold, but not a huge deal. If you want a CLEAN, SAFE place to stay this is great. Nothing fancy, but it does the job

Rude staff members
During check in, we were met with a very unpleasant front desk staff member. Our simple questions were answered with condescending attitude. She may have thought her tone was overly friendly and “customer service”, but in actuality was rude and disrespectful. The rooms were not clean. The beds were uncomfortable. And the bar offered minimal seating. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future. Convenient location to the turnpike.

Stayed one night. Clean bathroom and cozy, soft linens and bed. As hotel has a bar/restaurant did seem very loud and crowded. Maybe because we checked in on a Friday. Sounds did not carry upstairs and slept peacefully.
